Climbing Basics (IN GYM)
New to rock climbing and eager to know where to start? Took a hiatus and not quite sure if you remember how to tie in with a figure 8 follow-through? Then this is the class for you!
We will be covering everything from climbing shoes and harnesses to tying in, belaying, rope management, movement and technique, communication, and more.
This is a great class for beginners and those wishing to brush up on the basics and foundations of climbing!
