In June we have summer camps starting, a special endurance class, fun meet ups and a free physical therapy clinic!

We will be posting more details on classes & events as the dates get closer, but here is an overview of the month:

LADIES NIGHT THUR. 6/5

Join us for Ladies Night on Thursday June 5th, 6-9pm! The theme is slackline and snacks! Bring snacks to share! Lindsey will be showing folks the way of the slackline.

Free for members. $10 drop-in rate (includes rental shoes).

There will be tea, hugs and a whole lot of rad humans hanging out and climbing! Bring your mug, your lovely self and your stoke to get sendy!

The intention for Ladies Night is to create space for female identifying climbers to get together, build community and climb. Trans women and non-binary humans are also welcome in this space! Please reach out if you have any questions!

FIGHT THE PUMP ENDURANCE CLASS

The warm weather is here which means rope climbing season is upon us! If you love rope-ing up outside but have been coming into the gym to try hard on boulders for months and feel overwhelmed by your lack of stamina, then this class is for you! You will learn tactics to rest on the wall better as well as train to fight your pumped out forearms through power-endurance circuits. Claire will use her psych for climbing long routes and show you how training for ropes in a bouldering gym is possible!

BREATHWORK & MINDFULNESS FOR CLIMBERS THUR. 6.19.25

In this workshop we will take a break from the exercise grind to slow down and take a breath, finding better balance on and off the wall. I’ll share powerful practices which link breath and movement in order to:

1) Best activate your body for powerful moves

2) Find deeper relaxation and flow for long routes

3) Profoundly shift a fear of falling when leading

4) Better access to the intuitive flow state in life and while climbing.

YOGA FOR CLIMBERS

Join us for a weekly yoga class tailored for climbers! Yoga classes are free for members and included with a drop-in pass on Fridays. Bring your mat or borrow one of ours!
