Heellloooo November! Join Shona on Wed. 11/12 for an anchor cleaning & rappelling class. There is a physical therapy workshop on core strength on 11/20 and few fun meet ups!

LADIES NIGHT

Join us for Ladies Night on Thursday Nov. 6th, 6-9pm! The theme is SPACE COWGIRLS. Bring on the space tights, cowgirl hats, denim and tassles!
Free for members. $10 drop-in rate (includes rental shoes).
There will be tea, hugs and a whole lot of rad humans hanging out and climbing! Bring your mug, your lovely self and your stoke to get sendy!
The intention for Ladies Night is to create space for female identifying climbers to get together, build community and climb. Trans women and non-binary humans are also welcome in this space! Please reach out if you have any questions!
ANCHOR CLEANING & RAPPELLING

Cleaning anchors and rappelling are essential skills for outdoor climbing. You will learn various methods for cleaning anchors and rappelling along with ample time for guided practice with our knowledgeable staff during this class. This class is recommended for people who are looking to grow their knowledge of technical systems. Previous experience with outdoor climbing is a plus, but is not required.

CORE TO CRAG PHYSICAL THERAPY WORKSHOP

Unlock your strongest climbs from the inside out! This hands-on workshop teaches rock climbers how to heal and prevent low back pain through smart movement, mobility, and core power. Build the strength and stability your body needs to move fluidly on and off the wall.
